lovely Conservatory Dining Room overlooks the magnificent
view of the estuary, as does the Lounge and most
bedrooms.

The 11
bedrooms, including one on the ground floor, mostly have
en-suite shower rooms, and are tastefully furnished, two
bedrooms have king size beds and one has a super king size
bed.They all have TVs, (some haveTV/DVD players), clock radios,
hairdryers, tea and coffee making facilities and dressing
gowns for your relaxation as well as lots of little extras.
Free Wireless internet access is also available. We are Licensed.
Arnside
is only 7.5 miles from the M6 (junction 36) making
it very convenient for an overnight stop when en-route
north or south, as well as being an ideal base for
walkers, bird watchers (Leighton Moss RSPB reserve
is close by), tourists and travellers.We are just
a 10-15 minute walk from Arnside railway station.

that advance bookings for single Saturday nights
cannot be accepted Feb. half term/Easter/April
- October inclusive.
A deposit of £30.00 per adult would be appreciated
to secure the booking.
We
accept payment by Visa or Mastercard subject to 1%
surcharge to offset a small part of the costs passed
onto us by the card companies. Debit cards preferred
which we don't make a charge for.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Where
a room is cancelled, sufficient notice is given and we are
able to re-let the room the deposit will be returned less
an admin. charge. Rooms cancelled at 48 hours notice or less
and where, despite all our efforts,we are unable to re-let
the room we reserve the right to charge two thirds of our
normal rates.Guests are strongly recommended to take out
holiday insurance to cover themselves for this.
